All products are manufactured from Galvanized Steel (Sendzimir Process). This Galvanized Steel Sheet is obtained by immersing a soft steel sheet in a zinc bath, a stable iron-zinc alloy is formed with a predominance of pure zinc on surface. The thickness of this zinc coating is 21 micron, i.e. 275 gr/m2 on both sides. When a galvanized sheet of standard thickness is sheared or punched, the cut edges of the metal are protected by the formation of zinc electrolyte system.
